La Source is 1 of only 60 French campsites listed in the “Cool Camping France “ brochure (March 2008) and also recommended by “Le Routard” 2009 & 2010. Aire Naturel campsite located in the valley of the high Buech at the heart of the mountains with blue skies, lavender fields and exceptional climate. 2 hectares of grass and woodland calm, shady with several specimens of giant sequoias, cherry, pines, walnut and other varieties of trees. Facilities include English wc's, hot showers (free) and a washing machine (payable).

During Spring & Summer discover the wild flowers and lavender fields, observe the diverse variety of birds and wild animals of the Hautes-Alpes. Serres, Rosans,Gap,Serre Poncon lake,Sisteron,Gorges of the Meouge & Die are all less than 15-60 mins.Activities close by include VTT, hiking,flying,climbing.swimming,riding and fishing.

Anfahrt:
From direction of Grenoble follow N75 towards Sisteron, upon reaching Aspres sur Buech turn onto D993 (route to Valence) for 5kms La Source is 2kms after the village of St Pierre D'Argencon on the right. From direction of Valence/Die follow D93/D993 direction Sisteron after the Col de Cabre La Source is 7kms on the left. From direction of Sisteron follow N75 direction Valence/Grenoble at Aspremont take D993B to St Pierre D'Argencon after the village turn left onto the D993 and La Source is 2kms on the right.
